Lawn Bowls Fun Day 2026

Participant Instructions
1. Participants are requested to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start of the fun day and report to the association staff.
2. Participants who do not arrive at the venue within fifteen minutes of the start of the event will be considered to have automatically forfeited their participation.
The seats will be filled by those present on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. To ensure the efficient use of resources, any participant who is absent from this event without prior notification will be recorded by the association.
Please note that if the participant registers for the association's Fun Day activities again in the following year, they will not be accepted.
4. Participants must wear simple sportswear and flat, heel-less athletic shoes.
5. Please bring your own water and dry food if needed.
6. Arrangements under severe weather conditions:
I. Strong Monsoon Signal, Thunderstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1, Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal
The event will proceed as scheduled. However, the association may decide to cancel the event due to changes in the weather at the time, for safety reasons.
II. Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3
The above signal was given two hours before the event, and all events were cancelled.
If the red rainstorm warning signal has been cancelled two hours before the event, and the venue permits, the event will proceed as scheduled.
However, participants must consider the actual weather and traffic conditions before deciding whether to participate in the activity.
III. Warning No. 8 (The Observatory issues a warning message two hours before issuing Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8)
If the above signals are issued during the event, however, the association may decide to cancel the event depending on changes in the weather at that time.
The event will continue.
